A Floating Massage Parlor?

Warning: Spoilers
'Strange things happen on cruises.' I would expect nothing less from the penultimate episode of Season 3. Question: why is the quality of the picture here noticeably worse? Isaac is reunited with an old classmate, who's now famous (Bernadette Stanis.) Thelma never dressed like that on Good Times! Her hubby is an idiot, who would rather watch sports. She'll use Isaac to make him jealous. Shelly Fabares is here with the second banana of the classic Star Crash, David Hasslehoff. Dave barely fits through that door. They're a couple of lawyers, who might prefer not to be seen in public. I can't blame Shelly for not wanting to be married to the third banana in Cheerleader's Revenge. I predict she'll have more luck with Craig T. Nelson. Alice the Maid is here with her friend. The friend wants peace. Alice wants a good time. (A fun time? Go ask Alice, I think she'll know.) Peggy Cass is considering throwing herself into the sea, or so Vicki immediately decides. Just kidding. You shouldn't trust Vicki's judgment. It turns out that Peggy's just ready for a big life change. 'Shazam!' Look out, world! Meanwhile hubby Gordon Jump is nervous by the pool. He's not ready for the new Peggy. He's not sure he's ready to wear gold chains. Then he injures himself in Julie's disco dancing class. On Kafka's Love Boat Scale, this episode gets 3 1/2 * out of a possible 4 *.
