In the scene where the characters are leaving the police station, the right side of the building says "Woodside Police" and as the camera pans out, the left side of the building says "Covina Police."
In the middle of the night driving scene, they stop at a farmers' market tent briefly. The reflections in the cars, the light at the top left edge of the frame while outside the tent, and the light coming through the tent roof while inside all show that this interlude was filmed in full daylight.
When they return to the former gypsy campsite Michael notices a large puddle of oil which KITT is able to use to track along the roadway and find them. The size and frequency of the oil puddles on the road indicate that the RV would have run out of oil within only a few miles and the engine would've seized up long ago.
When the Ford LTD runs out of gas, Tito is turning the key cylinder to attempt to restart. But it was established earlier that he had hot wired this car and there would be no key and therefore the lock cylinder should not be able to be turned.
When K.I.T.T. is driving through the night (to the sound of Fleetwood Mac), the usual stock clip of the nose scanner is cut into the scene, which shows reflections in daylight, and that the car is stationary in that shot, despite the car ostensibly being in motion throughout the scene.
When Tino hot wires the Ford LTD he is able to steer. With the lock system, the steering wheel would be locked and could not be turned.
When KITT drives into the front of the New Holland combine the blade mechanism falls to pieces, but then the shot of in front of it shows the blades turning normally and intact.
Tino inquires as to what K.I.T.T.'s chemical analyser is, pointing to the chemical analyser which is open. It is usually closed.
At DVD 26:21 and elsewhere in the episode, the "unlatching a car door" sound-effect can be heard, even though there are obviously no doors being opened during those moments.
Just after the Ford LTD crashes down the shed, as KITT drives by the entire production and camera crew can be seen reflected in KITT's door.
Just before the Ford LTD crashes into the shed, white tape is seen wrapped around the front grille area of the car, presumably to protect it from the impact.
The three bank thieves who are chasing Tino because he can ID them, continue to interact with others who will then able to ID them.
