KITT tells Michael to put it in reverse when the truck driver is trying to run them off the road. Seconds later, KITT asks Michael why he put it in reverse.
The yellow car chasing KITT has two policemen in it. Shortly before the police car lands on top of it, there is only one person in it.
In the closing scenes, there is a vehicle tailing KITT but then when it goes to shot inside KITT the tailing vehicle disappeared.
Splatted food on the convict's face, which is the instigation of the jail fight (first it's a single splat by the corner of his mouth, then next shot it is two splats, one on his cheek, the other on his forehead).
When Michael pulls into the fueling station, there is no one inside of KITT besides him. However, when the crooked service attendant tries to puncture KITT's tire a crew member appears in the backseat behind the driver's seat then subsequently disappears in the following camera shots. Actually, the crew member" is simply David Hasselhoff squatting behind KITT, as seen through the car's rear window. In the following camera shots, David has moved from his position behind KITT. There is no one in the car.
The stunt driver and the roll cage can clearly be seen when the police car lands on the yellow car during the climax's chase scene.
After Devon and the two others escape from prison, there are clearly two "dummies" in the passenger seats during long shots of the chase.
During the fight in the cafeteria, two convicts throw a policeman over a table. The convicts then laugh & then one punches the other. Two shots later, the same scene plays out but from a different angle. A few shots later & it's the same as the first, but shows the set up before the two men throw the policeman over the table. It cuts right before the throw.
In one scene, during a chase, KITT doesn't have a windshield.
Obvious stunt driver when 'Devon' causes the stolen jail-truck to jump (the driver is clearly wearing a stunt helmet).
Safety cage is visible inside the yellow car when the police car lands on top of it.
