The last time when Michael de-activates K.I.T.T.'s "super pursuit mode" and the various fins and other extremities retract back into the car, we see the same little "wing" on one side of the car retract twice, instead of seeing the other wing retracting.
In Super Pursuit Mode, KITT can go 250mph, then come to a stop with an emergency braking system. Michael and Karen aren't wearing seat belts, so the rapid deceleration would slam them into the windshield and probably kill them.
After letting the dog out of the car, Michael says that he should have had that "expresso". There is no "x" in "espresso". 'Expresso' seems to be a common pronunciation of the word 'espresso' at least until the late 1980s.
When Michael throws the hook onto the roof, he's not wearing any gloves. In the next shot, he's wearing gloves while climbing the rope. The shot after him throwing the rope with a grappling hook on it could have been a minute or two afterwards which would be enough time for him to have donned a pair of gloves.
In one of the shots with the helicopter at the plant, the image is flipped which can be told by the reversed N-number on the bottom of the helicopter.
On the roof of the parking lot, Snyder fires 9 rounds from a revolver which holds 5 or 6 rounds.
The container that K.I.T.T. is in is supposed to be lead lined. However, when the container is opened up, there are only the steel walls of the container.
When K.I.T.T. scans Jodie's house and detects her inside, she is standing up. When Michael knocks on the door she is sat down.
In Michael and K.I.T.T.'s first scene, the camera crew and lights can clearly be seen reflected in Michael's sunglasses throughout the scene until he takes them off.
When the black escapee first shoots at the guard, he's aiming at the inside of the door of the car because the guard is on the other side of the door - he was trained to stand in a defensive position behind the open door. The metal and upholstery of the door stopped the bullets - there were no visible exit holes in the outer skin of the door - so the guard wouldn't have been hit.
No explanation whatsoever is offered as to how K.I.T.T. escapes from the storage container. Michael swings past on a rope and a wall of the container just falls open for no apparent reason.
