Teddy quits when Jack gets credit for one of his recipes in a national magazine, prompting Jack to replace him with Chet, new "fish guy" who annoys Steven and Seth. While they torture Chet in an attempt to get him to quit, Jack realizes he can't reproduce the now-famous fish dish without Teddy, right when it's the only thing all of Nolita's customers want to order.—Bruno Antony
Food & Wine magazine praises Nolita and chef Jack for Nolita's divine yellow fin tuna dish. The magazine does not credit the actual inventor Teddy so the seafood specialist quits, albeit for the 17th time. This time however he doesn't return within hours. Teddy finds a dream job at 'Jazz' Fish' and Jack hires a sycophant, Chet. It turns out even Jack can't make the tuna dish 'from the magazine' that everybody wants, but he's to proud to bend. Seth and Steven try to haze Chet out of the way. Finally even Jack must face facts.—KGF Vissers
