- TriviaThe climatic scenes were actually filmed on location at San Francisco's Cable Car Barn.
- GoofsThe episode begins with the killer attaching an electrical wire to the handrail on the pool steps. The victim then dives into the pool and swims for a bit and climbs out without using the steps and is electrocuted when he leans back against the handrail.
BUT, the steel handrail extends into the pool, in contact with the water, thus the entire pool water was electrified. This would've resulted in the man being electrocuted the moment he dived into the water.

It's Ironsides assistant Det. Ed Brown, Don Galloway, who sees a connection in the two death that leads him to suspect one of the surviving six US Army Rangers is trying to knock off his fellow comrades on order to get his hands on the missing two million dollars. Also for some strange reason now all of the ex-US Army Rangers for some strange reason now live in the San Francisco metropolitan area.
The key to all this is the US Army dog-tags that the six men had that somehow, if connected, shows the secret Swiss bank account serial number where the money was stashed in after the war was over. Ironside trying to get wherever information he can from the late George Billingham's Italian war bride Andra, Antoinett Bower, soon realizes that it was the late Kim Soo's dog-tag number that can connect all the dots or numbers of secret Swiss bank account. And whoever got his hands on Kim Soo's US Army dog-tags is now going to murder the remaining ex-US Army Rangers not only to shut them up but keep them from getting their share of the stolen loot!
It's Ironside's pretty assistant SFPD women detective Eve Whitefield, Barbara Anderson, who unknowingly uncovered what started all this by interviewing Kim Soo's son Leon, Bruce Lee, who runs a karate school in the Chinatown section of San Francisco. Office Whitefield found out from Leon that his personal safe at the karate school was broken into and the only thing missing was his late father's US Army dog-tag! It was that missing dog-tag that prevented the other ex-US Army Rangers from getting the Swiss bank account number! And it's that person who's now planning to murder them in order to keep the entire two million dollars all for himself!
***SPOILERS*** A bit confusing in all the numbers flying around the place but Ironside pieces all the facts together in exposing who the murderer really is. That's before the remaining US Army Ranger currency crooks Johnny Corman, Jack Kelly, and Andy Sheldon, Gene Nelson, end up doing his work for him. That by murdering each other and leaving him with all the loot!
