Barbara Leigh-Hunt (Mrs. Copley-Barnes) is a piano instructor who, Inspector Morse tells Sergeant Lewis, is a third rate pianist. In "Pride and Prejudice" (1995), she is Lady Catherine de Burgh who, while critiquing Elizabeth Bennet's performance on the piano, says that had she (Lady Catherine) learned to play she would have been a proficient pianist.
