In the opening shot the "sniper" is seen walking while carrying an M16 with a 20-round magazine loaded. In the next shot with the M16, the magazine is gone. A few shots later the "sniper" loads a 20-round magazine into the M16.
When Blazer leaves the Army base with an M-16 rifle he is dressed in Olive Drab green military fatigue's which had long since replaced by Woodland camouflage pattern BDU's (battle dress uniform). Upon arriving at his destination he was dressed in a full camouflage uniform including a camouflage cap. The cap was the type of soft cover worn by United States Marine's not United States Army soldier's.
Just before the first shooting the sniper is seen screwing a silencer onto the barrel of his rifle. But when he fires his rifle there is the typical loud report of a rifle being fired.
When the boyfriend of the girl shot at the beginning is being interviewed, he mentions the blood, but he is not covered in it, as he should be. Yet he is still wearing the same diamond pattern jersey as he had on before the shooting.
Dumbest plan of the series. She's in the kill zone when they don't know where the sniper is, with only Hunter for protection. When Hunter says he's running to his truck, that's no help because they didn't know where he parked. Too sloppy for smart cops.
