Jenny Pritchard owns a doll that is distinctly in the style of 'Raggedy Ann'. Given that most installments of 'Gunsmoke' are set in the 1870s, and the fact the first 'Raggedy Ann' doll dates to 1915, this is clearly an anachronism. Even when one considers the legend that Johnny Gruelle (creator of 'Raggedy Ann') was inspired by a faceless doll he found in his grandmother's attic, the fact that Gruelle designed the actual doll (e.g., distinctive face and general appearance) further supports this assertion.
