When Lt. Green arrived at the baseball field to inspect the body of the third murdered police officer, Sgt. McKay, McKay's body was found lying face-down, flat on his chest, and his body hadn't been moved. Yet, Lt. Green immediately remarked that, like the other two slain officers, McKay's badge had been torn off his uniform. With his chest flat against the ground, the presence or absence of McKay's badge could not have been visible to the officers.
In Act 4, the police car seen racing down the street to pick up Kimble is a 1959 Ford with large tail fins on the rear. The car that arrives later in the act is a 1965 Ford.
In the opening narration, the narrator sets the action as taking place in a "midwestern city". Towards the end of the episode, the setting is identified as Sona Falls, Washington -- but Washington is more than a thousand miles away from any "Midwestern" state.
