Goofs for
"Firefly" Trash (2003)

• Continuity: The port side shuttle is visible in Serenity's port (left) docking bay when both shuttles have left the ship.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Saffron and Mal collect the Lassiter artifact, she pulls a gun on the Alliance Fed. Mal reaches into the bouquet of flowers on the floor and pulls out his gun and aims at Saffron. In the English subtitle it says 'speaks Chinese'. If you listen carefully, Mal actually says,"Yo-Saf-Bridge." Which as you learn in this episode, she's Yolanda to the alliance Fed Saffron to Mal, and Bridget to Monty ( Mal's war buddy in the intro). • Revealing mistakes: When Simon gives Jayne a shot, you can see the fake needle retract into the syringe.
  
  

• Revealing mistakes: As Mal and Saffron leave the house, the security panel on the wall wobbles as Saffron puts the locking device on it.
  
  
• Continuity: In a shot of the garbage container showing Jayne working with the guidance system, the display screen is visible several times. In the first appearance, the screen shows a Microsoft Windows desktop with a "Wizard" screen on it and several folders open, a clear inconsistency with other computer interfaces shown in the show. Subsequent shots show a logo on the screen instead.
  
  
• Continuity: When Mal and Saffron are running from the authorities, they leave the Bellerophon Estates through a door which is using a Von Duprin style crash bar to exit. However, when the guards arrive to that door, it has changed color and the door hardware has transformed to a door handle/doorknob type device.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: During the heist, when Jayne is climbing up a trash bin, he passes a computer screen with a red lamp above it. On screen there's a Windows desktop with several windows opened, an installation wizard window on top.
