- When Ari and E learn about each-others problems with Terrance viz. Vince, both of which make the press, panic is total. Ari being fired from the agency and Vince breaking off with Mandy & deciding to not do Aquaman. E tries to talk Vince out of quitting Aquaman. E says that they may never get an opportunity like Aquaman again. Vince retorts that E is more worried his own future, than Vince's. E tells Ari that Vince doesn't want to do Aquaman. Ari says that if Vince bails on Cameron, nobody will touch him again. E says he is considering quitting as Vince's manager as well, as Vince doesn't listen to him at all.
Ari meets Vince. Vince assures that he will stay with Ari, but wont do Aquaman. Ari says that E sounded very upset and sounded like he was moving on from Vince. Vince says that E is just a little upset.
Drama and Turtle give Vince the cold shoulder, hoping Saigon and his friends are their new meal-ticket. Turtle has planned a showcase for Saigon and hopes that he will be the next big thing in rap music. Turtle goes all out to advertise the event. Even E considers taking a job as agent with Terrance and moving in with his daughter Sloan. Sloan advises E to stick with Vince through the tough times. But when E wouldn't let up (E says he is almost 30 and is mad at himself for being in this position that he has no career prospects without Vince), she offers to set a meeting for him with Terrance for a job at the agency.
Ari finds out that Terrance offered E a job as an agent. Lloyd's mole at the agency informs Lloyd and Lloyd informs Ari about eh same. Ari tells Vince, & asks him to reconsider ditching Aquaman. Vince refuses to reconsider bailing out on Aquaman (Ari tells Vince to be a man and call Cameron directly) and fires Ari and the entourage. Vince turns up at Turtle's showcase that he had put together for Saigon. E returns home and is confronted by Vince. Vince says that Terrance has only offered him a job to get to Vince and that now E would live off Sloan instead of him. Vince also complains that he has heard E cry over so many girls and now that Vince needs him, he is bailing. E retorts that it was Vince's ego.. He had to prove that he could Mandy back. He could have got Mandy off the project, but didn't as he was sure he could win her back. E moves out of Vince's house & moves in with Sloan.
Ari's successor Adam Davies tells Drama he's out with Vince. On Ari's advice (Ari says Vince is the only client whom he has ever considered a friend), E still supports Vince. They meet at Turtle's showcase event where Vince tells him that he has scheduled a meeting with Cameron, since he figured it was best to talk to Cameron face to face. E decides to go with Vince as his friend. As Vince walks into James's office, he sees the posters of all the movies he has directed & then James starts talking about all the details of the movies he has made. Vince thinks about the work E has put into putting the project together & about Drama & Turtle. He decides not to quit the movie. Aquaman is on!!! E had already decided not to take the job with Terrance as Vince was the man who pulled him out of Queens.
