At the end of the episode, Sully grabs a bunch of papers from the table, crumples them and throws them in the fireplace. Some papers remain on the table and become folded as Sully pulls the others away, and they stand straight up rather than lay flat. Then we see Dr. Mike approach the table and start to push it over. The camera angle switches and all the papers are back on the table and laying flat again.
Dr. Quinn allows her patients to pay her with eggs, chickens, and canned foods. She spends money like she is a wealthy doctor. It is unclear how she has so much spending cash.
Matthew is helping Sully build his two-story house. Matthew shares that Ingrid gives him money for timbers. Matthew says that Ingrid's help is necessary for the two of them to get married. Matthew has close to 200 head of beef cattle. He can sell them in Chicago and have more than enough money to finish the house.
When Sully has his shirt off there is no sign of his surgery scar from Jake and Colleen removing a bullet previously.
Loren and Jake wear dresses to get free drinks at the Saloon. Loren takes a purse full of money to the Saloon. The drinks are free. He did not need to carry so much cash.
During the cattle drive, Colleen was giddy that Jesse, the cowboy, asked her to get married. She loved the attention from this man. She was ready to defend him. Now she acts inhibited when another man shows interest in her. Correction: It is possible that what happened with Jesse has made Colleen insecure around men.
Dr. Quinn just returned from Washington, DC. She paid for the travel and hotel costs for her entire family. She bought meals and other miscellaneous items. She did not earn money while she was gone and the clinic was closed. It is not clear how she has 25 dollars to spend on a luxury item.
