And one of the most common of these is using cheap, inferior materials. Now, this regrettable practice is not something new, and in this episode of our story, you'll see how, in the late 1800's, a city was built by just such a pair of crooks. In this case, however, things happened they didn't count on; things like cheap gas valves exploding all over town. And, more important, the explosions being investigated by The Daily Press.
