I remember this episode of Diff'rent Strokes, where Kimberly Drummond's hair turned very green after washing her hair with rain water, which we learn is heavily polluted. This episode was way, way ahead of its time, before green politics and issues told hold as election issues. Kimberly was played by Dana Plato, who unfortunately led a tragic life after he was forced to quit Diff'rent Strokes because she was having a child out of wedlock (this was the 80s and yes quite moralistic I guess). Yes, the shock and horror and oh the humanity.
Anyway, I miss Diff'rent Strokes and in some ways The Fresh Prince of Bel Air was the spiritual successor to the hit sitcom.
