- J.R. Ewing: Listen, Mandy, I behaved very badly last week, and I wanna apologize.
- Mandy Winger: It isn't necessary to apologize, J.R. But I've been thinking about this whole thing, and... we just can't go on like this.
- J.R. Ewing: Mandy...
- Mandy Winger: We can't, J.R.! I thought I could... keep on seeing you as long as we weren't sleeping together, but I was wrong. Even that's too much for me. This relationship, or whatever it's called... it is not working.
- J.R. Ewing: Please. Give it some time. Everything's gonna be all right, I promise.
- Mandy Winger: No, it won't be all right. Don't you understand?
- J.R. Ewing: I know what's bothering you. Me and Sue Ellen living in the same house. But I can tell you now, that is not gonna continue much longer.
- Mandy Winger: Why? Are you gonna move out of Southfork?
- J.R. Ewing: No. But Sue Ellen may be.
- Mandy Winger: When was all this decided?
- J.R. Ewing: Well, it hasn't exactly been decided yet... but we're working on it. That makes you happy, doesn't it?
- Mandy Winger: I don't know. I'm not sure how I feel.
- J.R. Ewing: You still want me, don't you?
- [draws her close]
- J.R. Ewing: Don't you?
- Mandy Winger: Oh, God, yes. Oh, yes, J.R., I do.
- [kisses him passionately]
- Donna Culver Krebbs: Clayton, it's not just me and Ray anymore.
- Clayton Farlow: What do you mean?
- Donna Culver Krebbs: I'm pregnant.
- Clayton Farlow: That's wonderful!
- Donna Culver Krebbs: It is wonderful. But it would be even more wonderful if Ray and I were still together.
