Jamie Ewing : At Ewing Oil? In what department?
Sue Ellen Ewing : Well, actually, it's the receptionist at Ewing offices.
Jamie Ewing : [sighs] The receptionist?

Jamie Ewing : Not exactly the type of job I had in mind. I mean, I don't know anything about being a receptionist. Not alone having to hang around J.R. all day. I'm sure he'd be thrilled to have me there.
Sue Ellen Ewing : I've already talked to him about it, and believe me, he won't be a problem.
Jamie Ewing : Right. It's not bad enough to have me hanging around the house all day, but now I'll be hanging around the office too. Nah. It's not the type of job I want.
Sue Ellen Ewing : Well, I know that, but it doesn't have to be permanent. But it would be something for you to do until we can find you something you like.
Jamie Ewing : I don't know.
Sue Ellen Ewing : Well, I really felt that you'd feel that anything would be better than sitting around here all day.
Jamie Ewing : That's true...
