- The Angels travel to the new Hawaii branch of Townsend Associates. Soon after their arrival, Kris is kidnapped by Tom Grainger and his two children, who claim she's responsible for Mrs. Grainger's death. Kelly, Julie and Bosley are stumped, but help arrives in the form of Eleanor Willard, a reclusive old lady with psychic powers.—The TV Archaeologist
- The Angels and Bosley have just arrived in Hawaii to toast the agency's new Hawaii office, added to the already existing Beverly Hills and Paris offices. While running what was supposed to be a quick errand, Kris is apprehended by who she learns is nurseryman Tom Grainger and his two adult offspring, Ted and Charlene Grainger. Tom, who has been looking for Kris for a year now, accuses her of killing his wife three years ago when she was working for the San Francisco Police Department. Even when she learns a more comprehensive story of the supposed incident, Kris does remember the evening, but does not remember his wife specifically, with Kris never having pulled the literal trigger that killed her. Regardless, Tom vows revenge in an eye for an eye, he to kill her when he's good and ready. To survive, Kris may have to exploit the divide within the family, Ted the one who is most likely able to see through his father's rhetoric to the truth, and who may not want to be involved in murder. While they do realize that Kris has been gone longer than she should have, the first inclination that Kelly, Julie and Bosley have that something is wrong is when they receive a visit from an elderly woman named Eleanor Willard, who found Kris' abandoned car on an isolated beach. It isn't so much the empty car in and of itself that triggered Miss Willard to Kris being in trouble, but rather that she is a clairvoyant who could sense it. As such, Miss Willard is the only real lead they have to finding Kris. But in Miss Willard being a clairvoyant, it is a specific item of Kris' - a book of Hansel and Gretl that was given to her by her mother that she considers a good luck charm and thus takes it wherever she goes - that may be the key to them finding Kris before she is harmed by the unknown person or people to them who have taken Kris.—Huggo
