- The agency is hired by former boxer turned bodybuilder Ron Gates and his trainer Artie Weaver. In the lead up to the Mr. Galaxy bodybuilding contest in which upstart Ron has a real shot of dethroning six time winner Chuck Wilde, Ron has incurred a spate of "accidents" which have almost killed him. While Kris shadows Ron, the others go undercover to infiltrate two other camps that may be behind the attempts on Ron's life. Julie and Bosley are a replacement receptionist and person in training at the gym where Chuck works out, owned by his trainer Norman Powers, the two who may want to get rid of the competition. And Kelly is a health magazine reporter in trying to interview Danny Barr, who had Ron's boxing contract, and who may not be too happy in Ron leaving him after his investment in Ron in time and money but perhaps most importantly in the loss of face. Through their investigation, Kris learns some further information about Ron's change of career, which may be involved in what's happening: Ron now refuses to fight anyone in any setting as he almost killed a friend in the ring in what was his last boxing match.—Huggo
