When Jill finds the "Massachusetts" car in the parking lot, it is a brownish color. When Kris and Bosley visit the junk yard, the now crushed car is cream colored.
In a couple of office scenes, Bosley's telephone speaker keeps moving around on his desk.
Bosley says that the suspect had his fingerprints burned off with acid or surgery. Criminals have tried that since the Dillinger days. Fingerprint ridges go all the way through all the skin layers. It doesn't work.
When Jill is sitting on the floor, talking to the little girl and the bad guy appears outside the window, she turns her head to look at him. The reel is then awkwardly ran backwards (at too fast a speed) and Jill appears to be whipping her head back robotically. There's a long pause where the camera just focuses on the little girl close up, causing Jill to be doing nothing meanwhile but sitting there staring at her, off-camera, making this goof also a character error.
When the little girl escapes through the hatch of the boat, Jill painfully bumps her head on a cabinet. The editor cuts that section of the scene as quickly as possible to try to cover it.
