When Jericho is shot by a rifled gunman the first time, he had just turned to face the gunman. Yet, the "blood" is on the bottom-back of his left pant leg. Later, the "blood" has moved up to the back of his left calf. Also, when he is shot by the second rifleman, he is, according to his reactions, apparently hit in the lower chest or stomach. But, there is no "blood" ever seen.
With Bosley as her passenger, Jill starts following Jericho's car. OK, fine. But, she is driving through the park on the park-goers' walkway. And, she passes right in front of some people sitting on one of the park benches. (BTW, California 861 BMG)
The lounge pianist's hands are not on the section of the keyboard they should be to match the music.
Jericho, too, is supposed to be French, but he speaks with a strong South American accent, sounding more Argentinian than remotely French, a la Ricardo Montalban. As it turns out, Fernando Lamas was an Argentine.
As Jill leaves the lounge, she gives Jericho one of her "dummy" cards. On the card, her last name is misspelled... it is spelled Monroe (with an "o"). It should be spelled Munroe (with a "u"). BTW, the rest of the card reads, "2734 Ocean Way, 555-1472."
Jeanine Marchand is supposed to be French but Phyllis Avery copes a strong German accent. Even when she pronounces French words, her accent reverts to English.
