This episode features three actors that were part of different Star Trek series: Rene Auberjonois who played Odo in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993), Joanna Cassidy who played T'Pol mother T'Les in Star Trek: Enterprise (2001) and, of course, William Shatner who played Kirk in The Original Series.
