  [Hearing voices, Callahan slowly advances to the back room] 

  John Bernard : Then I'm going to sell you to the highest bidder.

  Jaime Sommers : Callahan knows where I am.

  John Bernard : Sure. Even if she does, she's not going to help you.

  [Callahan listens at the door] 

  John Bernard : Not after what she thinks you did to her.

  Jaime Sommers : You don't give her very much credit.

  [Jaime's glances to left as Callahan appears in door] 

  John Bernard : Frankly, Callahan was an easy target.

  Jaime Sommers : She was in love with you, John.

  John Bernard : [laughs]  Do you really think I care? Callahan was a pool of information to me. She still is if I can make her forget seeing this today. She should come in very handy throwing the OSI off track when you disappear.

  Jaime Sommers : [sarcastically, now that she knows for sure that she and Callahan have been unconsciously brainwashed into revealing what they did]  I feel BETTER ALREADY...!

  Peggy Callahan : [Cleaning out her desk]  Leave me alone.

  Jaime Sommers : I just wanna talk to you for a little while, ok.

  Peggy Callahan : [Interrupting Jaime]  There's nothing. No, there's nothing to talk about.

  Jaime Sommers : I think there is.

  Peggy Callahan : No. Just get out.

  Jaime Sommers : No.

  [Sitting in chair] 

  Jaime Sommers : Now look. I don't know why you're doing this. Who you're involved with. I don't know what you're doing. All I know is it just makes me sick I'm the one that had to find out. I'm sorry it was me.

  Peggy Callahan : Find out what Jaime?

  [Pleading] 

  Jaime Sommers : Oh, Please!

  Peggy Callahan : I don't know what you're talking about?

  Jaime Sommers : Stop playing with me.

  [Standing up] 

  Peggy Callahan : I'm not. I didn't tell anyone anything.

  [Both women look at each other] 

  Peggy Callahan : Look, I don't know why you're saying these things about me. I don't know what good it's going to do want you. But right now, I want you to turn around and walk out that door. Cause I don't care if I ever see you again.
