It was often difficult in the '70s and '80s to cast actors who had the necessarily short hair to play soldiers, like Cpl. Brown's brother, Harnett's driver. No one would have ever believed that Baracus, with his side burns and beard, was a soldier. But the most bizarre casting was Monte Markham as Lt. Mason Harnett; Markham was approaching 50 years of age and casting him to play an Army Lieutenant was absurd. One wonders if he was supposed to play a Lt. Col. and the rank somehow got inexplicably changed.
When Face and Murdock are pursuing Shaw and one of his partners escaping in the tan van, a stunt driver is clearly visible driving Face's Corvette.
When B.A. grabs the remote from Murdock he says he is hitting the volume button. It shows he is hitting the power button instead.
