There's a goof in the real-time concept - Jack calls up Chase, who is in his own car. Jack orders him to return to CTU and Chase hangs up, and then the camera immediately cuts to Chase talking to the warden at the penitentiary in his office.
There is an editing goof during the "Previously" clip. After Tony got shot, Kyle started to run and when Jack arrived, Kyle was gone. The next shot showed Kyle running again and Jack is not there.
When Kyle and Linda are driving along talking about Kyle's situation, Linda has several zits on her chin below her right lip area. The next time she is seen in the next episode when they are in the compression chamber (which is only about 40 minutes later in the 'real-time' nature of the show), those zits are gone, indicating the scenes were shot quite some time apart, rather than the 40 minutes in the show's time-line.
A young kid (no older than 10) shooting a gun like we see here would probably get hit in the face by the gun when the recoil went off.
Ramon wouldn't know where Kyle Singer is because he wasn't in contact with his brother or Gael therefore when Chase attempts to interrogate him pointless.
