When Tony is confronting Kyle Singer, there is nobody standing behind him. In the next shot, there is a man in white behind him, then the man disappears again in the next shot.
Kyle Singer says he is at the mall and Tony gives the address as Vermont and Sunset. The only thing that is mostly recognized in Vermont and Sunset is a Subway Station. There is no such mall.
If the action takes place in 2006-2007 (according to Kyle Singer's license) then how could there be a presidential campaign, since a presidential election occurs every leap year.
Since there was friction between Kyle and his father, Jack should've let his mother call Kyle instead.
