  Jack Bauer : That's what we've got to find out. If I can provide the President concrete proof the Cyprus recording was faked, we can stop a war. I'll do everything I can do to protect you but you have to make a decision now. You have to decide whether you want to accept the risk

  Kate Warner : Do you really think we can do this?

  Jack Bauer : I'm not going to lie to you but this is very, very dangerous. I'm sorry, I don't know what else to do. I'm running out of time

But I saw you take out Tony Almeida who's in charge there which means you you're not on board with what they're doing and you don't want your country to invade mine

  Yusuf Auda : My country's not responsible for this bomb

  Jack Bauer : Maybe but Syed Ali is a citizen of your country and he runs his terrorist network from there

  Yusuf Auda : Yes which means his a criminal to my government just as much as he is to yours. Why would my country provoke an attack that would eventually decimate us? We have everything to lose. Nothing to gain

  Jack Bauer : [after holstering his weapon]  what do you want?

  Yusuf Auda : When you broke out, you isolated yourself. Whatever you're doing, you're going to need help

  Jack Bauer : So you're the seventh man. You took out your entire unit who was tracking the bomb so they couldn't stop it, why?

  Jonathan Wallace : Responsible for two things: making sure the bomb went off. Planting the Cypress recording to place the blame on those three countries

  Jack Bauer : To what end?

  Jonathan Wallace : What else? To start a war. The end game is always to get the United States to attack the Middle East

  Jack Bauer : Why?

  Jonathan Wallace : They didn't tell me. They didn't have to. These men control the oil in the Caspian Sea. If there's a war in the Middle East, their holdings quadruple in value for at least a decade

  Jack Bauer : At the cost of detonating a nuclear device in the center of Los Angeles? What do you want with Kate Warner?

  Jonathan Wallace : An hour ago the people who hired me tried to have me killed. Obviously they didn't succeed. They took out my transport team. I need an alternate way out of the country. Warner Industries has DOD variance. She can authorize a departure

  Jack Bauer : So evidence against the Cypress recording in exchange for your departure? That's the deal?

  Jonathan Wallace : Yep

  Jack Bauer : When we're done, tell me more about the evidence. How does it prove the Cypress recording was forged?

  Jonathan Wallace : I have the source recordings: before they were mixed down to create the fake tape

  Jack Bauer : [Over the phone]  yeah?

  Yusuf Auda : There was another guy. I took care of him. Is he there?

  Jack Bauer : [Handing him the phone, before sitting down in front of him]  it's for you

  Jonathan Wallace : Hello?

  Yusuf Auda : The man you sent to pick up Kate Warner is unconscious. He'll be out for a while

  Jonathan Wallace : You're lying

  Yusuf Auda : His six two, dark hair, and a pretty nasty scar on his face

  Jonathan Wallace : [after hanging up and sliding the phone across the table to Jack]  OK. It doesn't change anything. I still got what you need and I'm not going to give it to you until you give me Kate Warner

  Jack Bauer : Fine. I'll take you to her and we'll arrange your charter

  Yusuf Auda : [shakes his head]  no. She can't authorize an unscheduled charter unless one of the partners is on board and right now your people have Bob Warner in custody. So she's coming with me

  Jack Bauer : What are you planning to do with her when you reach your final destination?

  Jonathan Wallace : I'll have to dispose her, you know that

  Jack Bauer : [Shakes his head]  can't let that happen

  Jonathan Wallace : [while packing up his belongings and leaving]  we're done here

  Jack Bauer : Wait

  Jack Bauer : [Over the radio]  Yusuf, do you copy?

  Yusuf Auda : Yeah we're. What do you want me to do?

  Jack Bauer : Bring her in

• Jack Bauer : [Referring to Kate and Yusuf coming to the warehouse]  their going to be here in five minutes

  Jonathan Wallace : And here we are without a deck of cards. You know when I was down at Fort Benning when Samuels tried to recruit you? Yeah, he was real disappointed when you turned him down. He said you were a born killer. Is that true?

• Jack Bauer : [Referring to Kate Warner]  she'll be here any minute, where's the evidence?

  Jonathan Wallace : OK here's how it's going to go down: I take Kate with me, she sets us up the plane, picks us up to an airport of my choosing, when I'm on the plane, I'll call you and tell you where the evidence is

  Jack Bauer : What assurances that you'll even call?

  Jonathan Wallace : None. It's one of those things you're going to have to trust me

  Jack Bauer : Well, I don't

  Jonathan Wallace : [Smiles]  you're the last person in the world I want tracking me down

• Kate Warner : [to Jack after entering the room]  what's going on?

  Jonathan Wallace : You and I are going on a little trip

  Jack Bauer : [to Kate, referring to Jonathan]  You have to go with him

  Kate Warner : What about you?

  Jonathan Wallace : Jack's not coming

  Kate Warner : [to Jack]  you gave me your word

  Jack Bauer : [to Kate]  I'm sorry: it has to be done like this

  Kate Warner : [to Jonathan after he grabs her arm]  let go of me

  Jonathan Wallace : [to Jack]  talk to her, otherwise I'm going to have to do this differently

  Jack Bauer : [to Kate]  remember what I said to you in the car? Do what he says and I promise you will not get hurt
