In the the gun fight with the terrorists that bombed CTU, a terrorist shatters the front passenger window with a stray bullet intended for Jack Bauer. Jack
shot out the rear window while killing the driver. The windshield was hit with multiple bullets, also. When you see Jack driving down the road moments later the car has both windows clearly intact and no cracks in the front window.
There is no way that Jack could have driven from West L.A. to the middle of Simi Valley in 20 minutes at that time of day.
When Jack arrives at Joe's house in what appears to be a nice quiet neighborhood, there are two women with a baby stroller walking down the sidewalk, an ice cream truck serving a customer, and a man riding a bicycle --all just meters away. Yet Jack begins shooting up Joe's house, kills his dog, pounds away at a metal door with a pickaxe while screaming at the top of his lungs, and Joe blows his own head off, but no one calls the police in response to all the gunfire and ruckus.
When Jack Bauer reveals that he is a Federal Agent and ask Eddie to give him the matchbox, take place a shooting, where the car will have right side windows destroyed. However in the next scene, Bauer take the car and drive with all the windows closed and in good condition.
As Eric Rayburn walks in to meet with President Palmer near the end of the episode, a crew member is clearly reflected in the glass.
After the CTU bombing when the paramedics are preparing to transfer Paula to the hospital, George and Tony are having an argument where George yells at Tony about the nuclear bomb threat within earshot of the medics. The bomb is still restricted, classified information at that point. George would know that and would have spoken with more discretion around people not cleared to hear that information.
