A good film all round, where one finds an ending, there is a new beginning.

3 Washes is like 3 short films within a short film, though interacting, giving the sensation of the question of relationship. The film could very well start with wash nr. 3 for example, and end with wash nr. 2. Sounds funny to say, but with the ongoing washing machine cycles, going round and round, I felt it reflected life itself. Three different situations, three different emotions, yet with a common denominator, -love.

The first wash gave the impression of a big mistake, then a feeling of "hope". The second wash, the mother alone with the child, betrayal, suspicion, "survival". The third, though I don't think I would call this the final wash, nr. 3. The picture of "innocence" perhaps, love is all around...Back to wash nr. 1. The cycle continues and interacts gaining and adapting our personal experiences of love and life...An all round good film, giving the viewer something to think about...
