"Spider-Man", "Blade", "X-Men", "Daredevil", "Ghost Rider", "The Punisher" and "Fantastic Four" are NOT part of the Marvel Movie Universe.

Being that Red Skull is one of the more famous foes of Captain America, it is highly likely he will be in the film. However, there is no confirmation who will play him if he does appear.

It remains to be seen. Although he didn't create the character, he re-introduced the character into the '60s, and inserted him into the Avengers.

Also, Stan Lee has a cameo written for him in the upcoming "Venom" picture, which is a character he didn't create, so it could happen. But this is all speculation, and we'll never know for sure until the film's release.

Captain America was created during World War II, using the "Super Soldier" Formula. This formula effectively turned Steve Rogers into the perfect human, with all the abilities of the best Olympic athlete including Enhanced Strength and Agility. However, he does not have "super powers" per se. He has the best strength, agility, etc. that any human can have without being considered superhuman. He also has his iconic Shield, which is made of a combination of Vibranium and Adamantium, which makes it virtually indestructible, but also eliminates the vibration of impacts to the shield, thus ensuring that Cap doesn't break his arm whenever a super powered being punches the shield, (this has happened many times in the comic book). He uses it as a shield, a blunt object, and throws it like a discus.
