The movie is very high on violence and gore. Most of the deaths involve stabbings, eye gougings, impalings etc. and most occur on-screen and show all the violence. Plenty of frightening and intense scenes. Most of the deaths are brutal and intense and the killer/s lurk around the house and reside in the attic, so this may be tense for some viewers. Also intimidating phone-calls are used in the movie to call the sorority sisters.
