• Errors in geography: The subway trains seen underground are Montreal Metro trains, not New York subway trains.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: The patches worn by the New York City police officers that go to the Donatelli home are not actual New York City police patches.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: At one hour into the movie, Jigsaw is sitting on stairs firing a gun. When the gun is out of bullets, you hear him yell "fuck!" but if you look at his mouth, he is saying "shit!"
  
  

• Factual errors: While killing Pittsy, Punisher is clearly holding a dummy, not a real girl.
  
  
• Incorrectly regarded as goofs: This movie is a reboot and not a sequel to The Punisher (2004), so any differences between the two movies are not necessarily continuity errors.
