Twisted and funny
planktonrules6 February 2008
This cute little short film stars Stephen Rea--a man you will probably recognize but whose name escapes you (it did me). Because Rea starred in the film, the film makers either had a relatively high budget or else he just loved the idea so much he agreed to do it. Considering how funny and effective it was, it was a good choice for him to make the film.

Now you need to first understand that this is NOT sophisticated humor, plus I strongly recommend AGAINST trying the solution to Rea's amnesia that they tried in the film. Despite what happened here and in sit-coms, it is NOT a good idea to whack a guy over the head to cure amnesia--even though, in this twisted case, the original knock on the head made Rea only be able to speak and understand Irish Gaelic--a language he didn't even know before the head injury!! In addition to being a funny and strange idea that was exceptionally well executed, the film ends with a dandy conclusion. See this film and have a nice laugh, but DON'T try to cure amnesia at home--it's bound to cause more problems than you'd anticipate!!
