Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.
Visit our Parents Guide Help to learn more

Sex & Nudity

There are no sexual scenes or references to sex. Characters undress but no nudity is shown.

Violence & Gore

There are no particularly violent scenes; there is some man-handling of characters at certain times during the film but this is fairly mild. The interrogation scenes do not involve any violence or brutality. The executions are blacked out and implied rather than seen.

Profanity

There is little or no profanity in the film (other than an occasional 'damn').

Several characters smoke during the course of the film. Near the end of the film, three characters share a cigarette together.

The interrogation scenes occasionally become quite heated. The courtroom scene is emotionally charged (the judge rants at each of the accused in turn). There is a scene involving an air raid over the city; we hear sirens and anti-aircraft fire but the raid itself is not shown. The scenes immediately before the executions are very emotional and may be potentially upsetting for younger or more sensitive viewers.
