Sex & Nudity

  • There are two versions of this movie. There is an R rated version and an Uncut version. A stipper is dancing on a pole, as she comes off the pole, she gets down on all fours and her labia is fully exposed for a couple of seconds. This is shown in the Uncut version only and deleted from the R rated version.
  • Women in this feature are often seen naked or half partially naked with bloodied breasts and/or their whole body covered in bruises or blood. This is often in scenes of sexual violence and rape, and when the killer is killing women or threatening them. Focus is made upon the nudity including close up shots of breasts and various lingering on various women who are naked in the film. As stated previously, the nudity is mainly within the context of sexualised violence and violence.
  • In one scene of sexual activity, which is consensual a woman is shown on top of a man; focus is made upon her breasts and whole body. There is some focus on male nudity with a man's buttocks exposed as he walks into a bathroom.

Violence & Gore

  • One extremely graphic scene shows the photographer sneaking up to a pre-teen girl in the toilet from behind, he lifts her up by her throat and tells her that he's going to make sure she never has to grow up to become a whore. And viciously stabs her in the stomach multiple times, her legs can be seen twitching. And her skirts gets splattered blood, a few moments later the corpses of both the girl on the toilet and another unindentified girl who sits against a wall in an alley can be seen.
  • The photographer grabs a girl by her hair and holds her head under water in a bath tub a few times in an attempt to drown her, he pulls her out of the water and slits her throat. The blood can be seen squirting against the wall, while the girl in a moment of panic smears her blood all over the wall.
  • The film contains various scenes of rape and violence towards women. The rape in particular is focused upon during the two scenes in which it occurs. In the first scene, a woman is raped from behind on top of a bed. The nudity is not masked and the rape is shown in full with exception to genital regions and explicit sexual elements (e.g., there is no hardcore elements which one would find in a pornographic film). The killer then punches the woman in the face knocking her out while still raping her. Blood is seen on the woman's face as she lays there. In the second rape scene, a woman is seen tied or chained up to an exercise/weight lifting bench and raped from behind. Once again, the nudity is not masked, and focus is made upon the woman's body and bloodied face. Sexually aggressive language is used during this scene which lasts for nearly or over two minutes in screen time. The scene ends with the woman bleeding from her mouth and the suggestion that she has been stabbed and continually stabbed after the rape is offscreen. These two sequences are probably the movie's most graphic scenes of sexual violence.
  • The film also contains various other scenes of bloody violence, including a man being shot; a woman having her head virtually chainsawed into with continued focus on the bloody aftermath and her face; a child being murdered graphically with a knife stabbed into her as she continues to struggle with the attacker; another child having a blade ran down her face in close up detail; a woman having nails hammered into her arms and then a rope put around her neck leaving her gasping for air to breath; and a woman being seen hung upside down with blood on her body, with a pig's mask on.
  • With that violence in mind, various women are seen throughout the movie covered in blood or with injuries as the killer uses aggressive language at them. A sequence showing a young toddler crying after a man holding it with blood on his hands, is seen running towards its dead mommy crying and laying on her dead body after being killed offscreen. Her body is clothed.

Profanity

  • Profanity is often used in the feature during scenes of violence and threat towards women and young children. The profanity is often used aggressively, and violently towards the killer's victims. Therefore 'fuck' and 'cunt' are used throughout the film, as well as other uses such as 'motherfucker' and 'fucking'.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Alcohol is seen to be consumed by adults at a strip club, and by a man and woman having dinner. There may be glimpses of people smoking in the strip club.
  • There is no other usage of drugs.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Uncut version should be NC-17 for extreme sadistic vicious graphic violence including brutal rape and gruesome disturbing images, and for explicit sexual content.
  • The sexualised violence and rape scenes in the film are intense. However, to describe the film as "jumpy" or "scary" would not be correct as there doesn't appear to be any jump moments.
  • The sequences of the film's protracted violence towards women and children however are very intense. Another sequence, as described in the violence section, which shows a little toddler crying and running towards its dead mother could be described as emotionally intense and may have an emotional affect on some viewers of the film.
