• Errors in geography: In the last scene, when one of the hijackers are getting ready to board the plane, we can see a "Emirates" Airbus A340 in the background. Ironically, Emirates only operates flights into JFK airport, New York and doesn't operate flights from/to any of the destinations which the real 9/11 hijackers boarded their aircraft from.

  • Errors in geography: When Zaid Jarrah is stopped by the Police he is supposed to be in Maryland, but if you look behind the officer you will see a sign for 57th Ave Red Road which is in Miami.

  • Audio/visual unsynchronized: During the sequence when Jarrah, Atta, and bin al Shibh travel to Afghanistan to train, they are seen using AK-47 assault rifles. Automatic weapons fire is heard, even though they are clearly not shooting.

  • Miscellaneous: During the earlier flight training in the Cessna they showed the terrorist in the right seat. During flight instruction, the flight instructor always sits on the right and the student on the left (pilot's seat).

  • Factual errors: They show the Lincoln Memorial and the Capital and list the date as August 2001, but all the trees are bare. In August the trees would be fully leafed and green.

  • Miscellaneous: When one of the hijackers looks into the cockpit he sees one of the pilots in the right seat who is wearing four stripes. Four stripes means Captain, and he sits in the left seat, not right.

  • Factual errors: The scene depicting the boarding of the Flight 93 passengers contains an elderly Asian woman as one of the passengers. This is erroneous as the only Asian on board the flight was a young Japanese male, Toshiya Kuge.
