Seriously.
Gossip Girl is one of the worst shows in recent memory. Or rather it's one of the worst shows that keep being renewed in recent memory.
And the kicker is that it doesn't even get any viewership. I keep reading how it's a show that's "buzzed about" or the show that "everyone talks about"...
Never mind that I don't know anyone who talks about it, I don't even know anyone who is watching it! Why would CW want not only to keep this ratings and artistic disaster around to to highlight it as a show to copy (see the awful 90210 and Privileged for two other horrible shows with no audience).
If I wanted to sabotage CW into bankruptcy, this is how I'd do it: renew Gossip Girl.
