Vancouver, prepare to be to Soska'd. Two of our favorite directors, Jen and Sylvia Soska, collectively known as the Twisted Twins, are launching Horror Nights, a screening of a different horror film each month at The Rio in their home city of Vancouver.
The Soskas will kick off the inaugural Horror Nights presentation with the 2002 extreme Japanese horror film The Suicide Club. Also performing will be the dark goddess Little Miss Risk doing a movie-themed horror burlesque number and the Human Tackle Box Russ Foxx (whose talents are pretty much described in his name).
Tickets are only $8, and the price is knocked down to a mere $6 if you arrive in a film-related costume. Ages 19+ only. Minors, don't even think about it. For more info visit the...
