I just finished watching the complete 1st season on DVD and it was amazingly good. This is what TV should be, and not just because I'm a sci-fi fan, but because of fundamentals like plot, character development, and fairly good dialogue. This show is not fast-paced, but it shows you what it wants to show you and lets the viewer go along with whatever they come up with. Its not fake nor simplistic (except for maybe the Homeland Security stuff), but it gets you involved and takes you on a good ride. Well worth the time and money ($20!) My only regret is seeing it all at once was thee best way, so seeing it as a series may be a bit of a let-down.
