- One of the "bad guy" fighters in Ultimate Muscle (Hollywood Bowl) has a giant toilet bowl headpiece; his head is inside. Another fighter in Ultimate Muscle has a human buttocks for a head. Additionally, the theme song of Ultimate Muscle refers to "flatulence" in its lyrics as Kid Muscle performs some sort of fart attack.
