Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

Note: The number at the beginning of each section refers to how much explicit content of that kind there is in the film on a scale of 1-10. The fraction at the end of the last section is the total sum of the sections over the highest sum possible (50) and is therefore an approximation of about how explicit the film is a whole.

Sex & Nudity: 4

-We see several women who are wearing revealing outfits through out the movie; they show cleavage/deep-cleavage, legs and abdomens; one scene takes place in a brothel (we hear it's a brothel, nothing suggestive shown) another in a strip club (we see the poles, but no one is dancing)

-We see a couple of pornographic magazines with suggestive pictures lying on the floor. They are somewhat out of focus but unmistakable.

-Some sexual dialogue.

A man and a woman talk and a man asks for sexual reasons for money but they stop there. A few prashes such as "Give me a real good time" she then replies "I give you a slice where you won't need some sex"

Violence & Gore

Violence & Gore: 8

*Note regarding the Violence: unlike Vol.1, Vol.2 contains little violence, if not for a single brief scene it could've been rated 15 in the UK. It's rating has already been reduced in Japan from R-15 to PG-12

-A woman asks another woman how she lost her eyes, we see her face with lots of blood where her eye used to be briefly in a flashback. A person pokes another person's eye out, we see the very bloody face where the eye used to be and the victim thrashes and screams. We see the eyeball fall into the floor and we see a close up it being squished by a foot.

-Several scenes of gun-play, sometimes with bloody results, not very graphic.

-Several Close Combat fighting with lots of kicking, punching, and Mêlée weapons; sometimes with bloody results.

-A man is attacked by a snake. It bites his face several times, we see him on the floor with swollen face.

-In the cast sequence we see brief images of vol.1 that contain several bloody injuries including a brief image were a woman is holding a man's decapitated head.

In the first opening minutes of the film we see the bride getting shot in the head. It is in black and white but the blood purs out of her head. A brief scene. Realted to Volme one

Profanity

Profanity: 9

The F-word is used 29 times. The S-word is used at least nine times. The C-word is used.

Coarse language--anatomical and religious--is used throughout the movie.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: 4

Three characters are smokers.

We see two characters snorting cocaine.

A drunk man continues to drink. Other characters drink as well, sometimes to excess.

A woman tells a man to smoke some pot.

Frightening/Intense Scenes: 8

One extremely tense scene involves a character being buried alive and anonther one having her eye plucked out.

An idea of how accurate the TECE (below) is: 5-10 is a little-kid suitable, G-Rated type of film (i.e. Care Bears, Sleeping Beauty); 10-15 is going to be a little harsher, but not by much (i.e. The Incredibles); 15-20 could be pretty high up there (i.e. Indiana Jones), 20-25 is going to pretty darn adult (i.e. The Dark Knight); 25-30 is going to be a film most likely not suitable for anyone under 17 (i.e. Braveheart); 30-40 is going to be an absolutely, positively adults-only film (i.e. THIS, and over 40 is going to be hard R to NC-17 (i.e. Pulp Fiction).
