Haven Pell is excellent in the role of Jacob. Powerful, moving and human. He really steals the show. All aspects of this short tear into the hearts of a contemporary audience that hides behind a veil of fast action in an attempt to escape from the difficult realities and emotions of real life. Haven Pell not only confronts this reality head on like a south bound train on a dusty desert track, but also manages to share a glimpse into what true pain is. Excellent direction, production and sound. It is not everyday an actor comes around with the screen presence of Haven Pell. Keep your eyes open for him in the near future. I hear his next short is something pretty special.
