- A woman is shown shooting herself in the head. Lots of blood and gore. She is later brought back from the dead.
- A woman dreams of her past, in what appears to be that she was raped. She wakes up with blood all over her chest. It is revealed that she has a knife in her back. She attempts to pull the knife out and we slowly see more and more blood stains on the floor. Very gruesome scene.
- Typical to the Hellraiser series, there are some people shown with chains with hooks that are pulling and ripping the flesh. Lots of blood when this happens. The final guy that is attacked by the chains is ripped apart, blood and body parts flying everywhere.
- A woman stabs herself in the stomach, killing herself.
