T the reason I give the movie a perfect 10 was graded on a curve because the movie itself is own a level all it's own and much different then most modern day "Hollywood movie"!
I just happened to catch and DVR this movie a while back on my cable box from the INHD2 channel. *This again is not your average movie! For starters it was made for the Giant screens of IMAX Theaters. So watching it on anything smaller then a high end DLP HDTV projector with a screen size no lease then 8'X 8' (feet) would not be recommended!..
Anyone that likes a change of pace every once in while in movie's should like Skydance. It seems to me that the creators of Skydance did not go all in for the "same old, same old" Hollywood style most people are used too. They focused more on the flying aerobatics and scenery flyovers, good music, and sound effects, with a very simple and fun romance plot. The movie is very easy to watch and simply stunning shown with the right equipment! The bigger, brighter, sharper, louder of a home theater system, the better! Skydance is in a league of it's own and I am tired of reading "other sites" reviews about how much this movie stinks. It does not stink! Those people who say it does obviously are very closed minded or did not experience it the correct way, IMAX BIG!! If you love and dream about flying and love anything at all to do with aerobatics, being a pilot, or just simply want to be wowed by your newest HD large format projection home theater with Dolby digital sound, this movie will have you screaming for more!... :) It's more of an experience then a just another movie!...
