  • BT (British Telecommunications) asked for their logos to be withdrawn from a van which features in The Getaway, when it later emerged that the player was required to steal a BT Van, and masquerading as a repairman, eliminate a corrupt Police Officer. This action prompted the recall of thousands of copies for alteration.
