• Continuity: Joe Fielding initially gives his rank over the police radio as D.I. (Detective Inspector), yet later when Carter is about to take him to hospital, and when Carter later visits him there, he is referred to as D.C. Fielding (Detective Constable).
  
  
• Incorrectly regarded as goofs: In the Snow Hill Police Station massacre mission Hammond goes in wearing a BT uniform. When you reach Yasmin in the interview room your outfit changes back to your suit and tie. However, the suit can be seen on the floor.
  
  
• Continuity: In the beginning of the game, when Suz and Alex are walking down after leaving the building, Alex is holding Suz's right hand. But, in the next shot, when Yasmin approaches the two, Alex is holding Suz's left hand.
