Trivia:

The film was originally set to film entirely in Toronto due to cheaper production costs, but producer/star Sandra Bullock insisted that a film about New York City must be made in New York City. It ended up being shot entirely on location within a 17-week span. It revitalized the economy of New York City after the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001 and allowed businesses to flourish once again. In honor of the cast and crew's contribution to the city, December 11th, 2002 was named "Two Weeks Notice" Day by the Mayor of New York City.

Goofs:

Continuity: When Lucy and George are in the shop, Lucy is standing there with a pile of clothes over her arm. There's a red jumper on top of the pile. In the next shot the red jumper disappears and then reappears in the next shot.

This film was brilliant, funny and an entertaining film. Sandra Bullock really goes out in full making the audience laugh and High Grant is a natural like Sandra Bullock and both of them together is what makes the film one of the best I have seen.
