Last Sunday's Dh was all about defense of all types. And our housewives needed defense from each other, each other's husbands, and deranged lunatics. So without further adieu, let's catch up for tonight's big plane crash!
The Set Up
The death of Emily, the waitress from last week, has all of Fairview in a tizzy and the residents of Wisteria Lane even more unnerved since it has to be the same person who got to Julie. During a get together, the women (plus the neighbor responsible for trashing Angie's yard) all discuss taking self defense classes. Susan asks if Julie wants in on taking the classes and Julie states that if someone wants to get you then they will; her example being she was only taking out the trash and got attacked doing that.

We know how it is: You’d like to go to the movies this weekend, but you’re in the Nazi-killing business, and business is booming. But you can have a multiplex-like experience at home with a collection of the right DVDs. And when someone asks you on Monday, “Hey, did you see Inglourious Basterds this weekend?” you can reply, “No, I took a break from scalping German officers only to watch some of the other B-movie takes on World War II.” Instead Of: Inglourious Basterds, Quentin Tarantino’s pulp-fiction take on the plot-to-kill-Hitler World War II movie, featuring a squad of Jewish-American soldiers -- led by Brad Pitt -- who hunt Nazis and take no prisoners... Watch: The first movie to flat out state, “Nazis... I hate these guys”: Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, which is just about as deadly to the German soldiers as Basterds is. »

It's the final episode of John Polly's Beautiful Moments vlog with style guru Simon Doonan. Since the two men are about to say "bon voyage," it's appropriate that this week's subject is "How to Travel Beautifully."
Logo's Beautiful People has Doonan's fictional younger self growing up in dreary suburban England and dreaming of the day he can run off to someplace glamorous.
The real Doonan has done his share of traveling, and in this last episode of Beautiful Moments, Doonan suggests some of his favorite vacation spots, including the Grand Canyon, and très gay Brighton, England.
Oh yes, he also tells you how to pack for stylish travel. Less is more, kittens!
Check it out after the break...
