- The game has a few scary and creepy moments.

Violence & Gore
- On the PlayStation version, the last part of the final boss battle between Quirrell and Harry, Quirrell will begin trying to strangle Harry and Harry has to constantly fight him off.
Profanity
- Damn is used in the final level of the PS version and is used in the PC version during the second half of the game. Suggested rating for PS version is for mild use of strong language and mild themes including the visual tone of the version is dark.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- On the PC version, in the opening cutscene to the final boss battle between Quirrell and Harry, Quirrell spins his head all the way around and you hear a sludging sound as it spins around. Quite sudden and disturbing.
