Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

Rating: 9

Lots of graphic descriptions of sexual conquests and sexual acts, primarily from Sean in voice-over narration. Masturbation is shown at least 5 times(including one time with bare butt and one time with pornography visible). There are 3 sex scenes.

The first one revolves around a date rape(the man participating in the act is clothed for the most part, with his movements seen from behind his clothed back and from the chest up, with Lauren's distraught facial expressions visible as she begins to wake up, plus another man is videotaping it).

The second one shows the facial expressions of the woman and Sean thrusting on top(facial expressions, his neck and bare shoulders are visible, with this seen again for about 2-3 seconds in the final 5 minutes because the party at the beginning is actually at the end and the film rewinds itself).

The third scene shows Lara's facial expressions(and her telling him to keep going, using the f-word sexually in the process), and Sean thrusting on top(facial expressions, and shoulders are visible).

Sean watches lesbian pornography(bare breasts on top of each other and moaning) for about 10-15 seconds. The uncut version shows full movement with breasts overlapping.

There's a 3 and a half minute sped up montage of Victor's trip to Europe. You see him masturbating in the shower twice, he mentions ejaculating onto women's breasts, dryhumping on the dance floor, and one night stands using the f-word sexually. You also see quick cut shots of kissing, starts of sexual encounters and disrobing. You also get a glimpse of him at a sex club in Amsterdam(full frontal female nudity briefly visible).

During the "Dress to Get Screwed" party, bare breasts are visible, in addition to bare butts, and some full frontal. Men prance around in their underwear, and one is seen having sex with a woman on a table(he's in an S&M type shirt which shows his back and underwear), and another is seen fondling a woman's bare breasts in a background shot.

Violence & Gore

Rating: 4

[spioler]A character commits suicide.[/spoiler]

Sean's supplier, Rupert, is a cokehead with a high temper. The first time you see him, he points a gun at Sean's face. Later on, when a "friend" of Sean's can't help pay back some of the money owed, Sean decides to hit Rupert and along the way apparently cuts Rupert's assistant in the arm with an electric knife(it's seen being wagged and you briefly see it reach the man's arm as he screams, but no blood is visible due to rapid camera movement). They later confront him at a post office with a bat, hitting him repeatedly(Sean covers his face with his arms to avoid fatal injury, and you see him at the party with several bruises).

In a moment of insecurity and anger, Sean punches Lara in the face, knocking her out(her eyes lock and her nose bleeds).

Sean attempts suicide by hanging himself with a phone cable, but he's too heavy and the ceiling cracks a bit before he falls onto the floor. He later tries a bottle of pills and cough syrup, but he wakes up. He then sees a packet of fake blood, which he decides to use on himself to grab Lauren's attention.

Lauren is date-raped(description in another category).

Profanity

Rating: 10

Upwards of 120(20 used sexually) f-bombs and 20 s-words lead the pack, with at least 50 other obscenities(including over 10 uses of anatomical slang) and religious profanities.

Rating: 9

Lots of drugs and alcohol. Beer cups and kegs are seen at party scenes.

Rupert snorts cocaine twice and a bong is seen in usage at his house(with him cutting what looks like a brick of marijuana on a cutting board). Lauren and Lara also snort cocaine together in one scene(with Lara getting a bloody nose). Lara snorts cocaine again during a party scene(along with several other students). The slang term "nose candy" is said. A "townie" snorts cocaine off of some sort of spoon or stick.

Several characters(Sean, Lawson, Lauren, and Paul) are shown smoking pot in at least 5 scenes.

A student who owes Sean money injects heroin into his foot in one scene(he says "I can't feel my dick!").

In a montage of a europe trip, Victor mentions smoking hash(joints are seen being smoked), buying speed, taking LSD and drinking absinthe.

Sean eats hallucinogenic mushrooms at a party.

Lauren, "Dick", and Paul smoke several times.

Overall score: 35(Hard R)

A character commits suicide. The wrist cutting scene is quite scary and the actual cutting is shown in the uncut version.
